Have Good Manners.


Leaders have to hold themselves to higher standards than everyone else. Say please and thank you – always and often. Look people in the eye. Stand to greet people. Return emails and phone calls, even if to say you can’t talk now and will call them back, or you don’t have an answer yet but will let them know as soon as you do. You set the tone.


Everything you do really matters.
