The pandemic: Now that it's over, what do we do?

Even as the unknowns of COVID-19 variants loom, many of us are preparing ourselves and our workplaces for the return to the onsite office. The emotional, physical and logistical considerations are nuanced, complex, and somewhat invisible. We are understandably daunted by the prospect!
